FranK, the mastermind behind Progressive Ent, officially announced the return of Nocturnnl, the highly anticipated independent music showcase, set to light up the island once again this October for its second annual installment.
After the undeniable success of Nocturnnl 2024, which saw breakthrough performances and a packed crowd, the 2025 edition promises to elevate the platform even further—putting the spotlight squarely on rising local Newfoundland rap, pop, and hip-hop artists.
True to its roots, Nocturnnl continues its mission to give underground talent the shine they deserve—many of whom hit the stage for their first-ever live sets.
“I’m proud of how far this scene has come,” said FranK during the announcement.
Nocturnnl is about energy, opportunity, and real music. We’re not just putting on shows—we’re building legacies. The inaugural Nocturnnl gave artists like Kayo, last year’s headliner, a powerful stage to connect with fans and industry tastemakers alike. This year, expectations are sky-high—with more talent, more sound, and even more energy promised for October.

One thing’s for sure—Nocturnnl 2025 isn’t just a show. It’s a movement.
